Even though it can be a useful exercise to let the students find their own discussion points, many a teacher has created discussion points for the students. Let the students do it themselves. This way they will use the technology, and you as a teacher can save time by not having to create them.
If the students are finished with the discussion or simply having trouble getting started, you can ask artificial intelligence to lead a discussion on one of the points.
This approach can be used for both oral and written exercises, but it should be utilized as a supplement rather than a substitute for student participation.
